So my creative friend shinjini(@moderngypsy.in) is hosting a challenge on Instagram called #themindfulbreak that runs from October 15 to October 30th.
I participated in it last year with my best friend and we loved it.

the intention behind this is to welcome a moment of presence,being in the now.
which promotes a sort of mental peace and harmony.
As a self care routine there is a deep appreciate fostered within yourself as well as gratefulness while gathering so many moments like these in the prompts.
I also started a new blog just for this #themindfulbreak challenge.
I will do the art prompts publically on instagram
and possibly do the other prompts as and when i feel inspired.
It is an invitation to develop and foster a daily pause to actually BE with yourself….
and in this time we are socially distancing anyway right?
